I move that Jose Mora be promoted to Affiliate status in the USAA Board of Directors.

This motion is contingent on motion S01008. If motion # S01008 passes, then this motion requires a 3/4 vote of voting members to deny Jose Mora Affiliate Status. If motion S01008 fails, then Jose Mora requires a 4/5 vote for in order to achieve Affiliate Status.
