I move that during Swiss rounds at a USAA tournament, once a match is officially called and time written on the match card by the current chartkeeper in charge, players have 5 minutes to get to their match table. After 5 minutes, they lose a game. Thereafter, they lose a game for each 5 minutes.

Ex. If a player shows up 9 minutes late they have lost one game and may begin play.
