I move to amend the following section of the USAA Constitution:

B. Associate Members

1. Rights and Privileges:

a. May seek and hold official offices.

b. Voting rights for all proposals whether constitutional, procedural, rules or otherwise.

c. Voting rights for committee elections.

d. All the rights and privileges granted to Affiliate members.
